By weaving together ten key aspects—state, trigger, behavior, identity, beliefs, values, mission, vision, purpose, and source—the TCM offers a compass for navigating through life’s complexities. This holistic framework aids in pinpointing the origins of our issues and steering us towards liberating outcomes.
